How do I view the Mersey Weaver joining list?

All GSLs and DGSLs have been given access to the Joining List via OSM with Read and Write access. We have started to widen  access to Section Leaders with Read only access. If you do not have access please submit a ticket. Access will only be given to those using a Mersey Weaver issued email account.
