A parent has contacted me about joining, where do I direct them?
In order to streamline the processes, improve data protection and reduce the level of admin at Group/Unit Level; please direct parents to https://mwscouts.org/join/apply/
The parent will complete a form to collect the data required in order to offer them a place. Once they have submitted the form the application is then triaged by the Waiting List Admin team and they added to the appropriate Joining List for the catchment area where they live.
Please do not hold local waiting lists at group/unit level or suggest any other method.
