What if we plan on offering a place in the near future?

If you plan on offering a place to a young person in the near future e.g. within the next 90 days then you need to do two things

1. Add the expected joining data in the "Expected join date" column or field.
2. Add the following in the Group Offer field "Offer-pending-4thWidnes"

You must not hold onto an offer that exceeds 90 days's as it may prevent another group from offering a place sooner.
