Returns Time limits

Online purchases

For online purchases, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return and a further 14 days from the notification date to return the item(s) to our Returns Address.

In Store Purchases

We offer a goodwill period of 5 days to exchange an item for a different size, subject to its return condition.
