How do I cancel my booking?

Should you wish to cancel a Booking, You should notify the us at least 28 days before the Booking is due to take place by logging into your account on our bookings website and under Bookings you will be able to cancel your booking.

If you wish to reschedule then please contact us to see if you can accommodate you.

For bookings of equipment, transport and accommodation we will issue a refund less any deposit paid. After this date any balance is non-refundable / due in full.
